Located on the south coast of Mallorca, this rustic style house, totally refurbished, is situated only 1 km away from the natural beach of Es Trenc. This seven kilometre long beach is a unique natural spot, where you can stroll along enjoying its white sand and the deep turquoise blue of its waters.

An enormous garden that surrounds the whole property welcomes us with carob trees, almond trees, fig trees and all kinds of plants, making us feel totally intimate. Walking along the paved path, we arrive at the house where we are welcomed by its large 6 x 4 m. swimming pool and the particularly pleasant front porch, with a large table where we can have lunch and dinner. The house's exposed stone façade, topped with huge wooden beams, exudes the cosy, traditional Mallorcan style.

Surely, one of the small pleasures of summer is cooking outdoors and this house has a complete and very comfortable barbecue, where gatherings around the table are guaranteed.

From this large porch with wooden beams that presides over the facade of the house, we access the entrance, where we find a living room with satellite TV and internet, a bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen with air conditioning and a large pantry.

Moreover, on this first floor of the house, which is completely accessible for people with reduced mobility, we have two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds with large windows and access to a pleasant and more intimate porch, overlooking the back garden and another large bedroom with double bed and views of the pool and front garden. The first floor is reached by stairs where a large hallway leads to a spacious bathroom with bathtub and two large bedrooms, the first with two single beds, and the other with a double bed of 135 cm. Both have wardrobes and auxiliary furniture designed for your comfort. In addition, on this floor, we will be able to enjoy that other treasure of this house: its large roof terrace, perfect to enjoy the always incredible sunsets of the south of Mallorca.

This house is perfectly finished and special attention has been paid to the preservation of the traditional furniture made of wood carpentry typical of the rustic style of Majorca. All the rooms of the house have air conditioning, towels and bed linen. In its enormous garden, we have a large play area with two goals, perfect for the children, and not so little ones of the house. It also has another large living room located right next to the main porch and a garage with capacity for two cars.

If you are looking for a spacious house in a rustic style, with absolute privacy, a large swimming pool and a very comfortable exclusive barbecue area to enjoy with family or friends, this is your house. Here you can swim, sunbathe, enjoy nature or simply take a stroll to the white sand of the natural beach of Es Trenc.
 

Location.

The house "Es Revolt" is located in Ses Covetes, in the south-eastern part of the island, which is characterized by its old fishing villages, which can be easily visited by car. The Colònia de Sant Jordi is only 5 minutes away, ideal for strolling or shopping. It also offers many water sports services. Campos is 9 km away, known for its market (every Thursday and Saturday), where you can buy local products and traditional specialities.

The nature reserve Parc natural de Mondragó is about 30 km away and, depending on the season, you will be able to observe a large number of birds.
And of course, Es Trenc is only 5 km from the house, turquoise sea with a dream beach of more than 6 km.

In short, "Es Revolt" is a paradise for families. The bay of Es Trenc, one of the most attractive beaches of Mallorca is only 5 km away from the house. The nature reserve Parc Natural de Mondragó, home to a large number of bird species, is about 30 km away and the island's capital Palma can be reached in 40 minutes.
